Whoo hoo! Go Me!

Congratulation post for myself! I have finished my first complete notebook or writings.
At 10:00 pm on January 4th, 2008, Chloe Miller Hansen, a writer in training finished her first notebook.

This Christmas my parents got me three cute little journals, thanks!

In case anyone didn’t know, I put in an application at the library for Jan Bruder’s old job. I’m hoping for positive outcome.

I received my first catalog about becoming a Foreign Exchange Student. Intrax is the group, but I am not planning on going through them, but I’m looking at what is out there.

Well, I will be posting some of my newer writings soon.

I am not an envious person at all. In fact, I don't think I ever look at what someone else is doing and think how lucky they are. I feel very positive about all of my choices and experiences in my life.

However, if there was somebody who I could envy, it would be you. You are choosing to do so many different things that one can usually only do when young. I think being a Foreign exchange student would be a fabulous thing for you to do. Also, I think you would do very well as a librarian.

I never was (and am not) very good at journaling. I just never have kept a very detailed or consistent journal ever in my life. I have started many with the intent of looking at patterns in my life and such. I guess one of those patterns would be: not finishing journals! With that said, I do have a dream journal by my bed that I have been writing just about every dream I've had for the last year or so. Not so much a journal though.

Congratulations on finishing your first journal. Who knows? Maybe someday your memoirs will be worth big money someday.
