I don’t know
how to write it
the words won’t flow for me
my minds jumbling in
a happy chaotic mess
my pens not moving
no way to describe
how I feel
how you make me feel

It's hard to write a poem about the indescribable, isn't it? :-) This is a good start--the last two lines clue us in. I would encourage you to think of ways to describe how you feel/how the person makes you feel in terms of physical/emotional "symptoms". Start by just listing specific physical or emotional feelings, like "the rush of warmth to my cheeks" or something like that. Just list a bunch of them, then you can choose later what to include in your poem. It might be fun to keep some of the frustration of not being able to describe fully, but including some "symptoms" as well. One last comment--watch the apostrophes in "mind's" and "pen's" so that it reads "mind is" and "pen is" instead of the plural form.
